Roo’s blog recently introduced some nice Web 2.0 tools for visualization. And I wanted to test them out, just to see how to use them.

So I tried out Wordle with my Delicious links … It captures rather well what I have been up to lately, so the focus has been on innovation. Nice application, allows you to play with content, design and colors…

In other interesting site for data visualization is IBM’s Many Eyes, that allows you to upload datasets and use different tools for visualization. This is something that David Ing introduced to me a while ago. I will use for some of my data collected for the dissertation.

I really enjoy this serendipitous way of exploring, experimenting and learning, and sharing that blogs enable. Combinations of ideas & connections & visualization – enable learning in different ways and also makes working with data more fun.
