Maybe it's slightly less useful to have pictures than text, but pictures do give a lot of information that text doesn't. Sushi on conveyor belts .... It works pretty well when the restaurant is busy, but I'm not sure it's the most relaxing way to dine. I've totally given up on having business lunches over dim sum.
